Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Color14.com LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. 

Credit Cards 

We do not collect or store credit card information. We use a third party merchant service from 2checkout.com, Intuit.com, Square.com or Paypal.com. All credit card information will be process by one of those merchant services mentioned above.

Product Information 

Most Color14.com LLC products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change without any notice from Color14.com LLC 

Graphic Design Service

Color14.com LLC owns all designs created and developed by any of our employees or subcontractors. If you want to own the design, you must requested in writing and there might be a cost to release the rights to you. Some designs include photography done by a third party. All photographs used on the design will be licensed by the third party or by the photographer. 

FREE Design Service

We offer free complimentary design time with almost every product we offer. Free design includes up to an hour of composition and layout of your desire product or service. Free design does not include the design of your company logo or branding. You must provide the logo and information to be used on the design. Photos and materials must be licensed to be used or you must have permission for us to use on your design. All photos used by our design team will be licensed by AdobeStock.com. If you don’t have a logo, we can design one for you for a minimum charge of $35 for first hour and $35 per additional hour.

Website Design Service

Color14.com LLC uses third party templates and open source content management systems like Joomla, WordPress and others. We own all custom designs and developed websites. Templates will include a license to use from a third party developer or web designer. Color14.com LLC is not responsible or liable for any problems cause by viruses, spam bots or malware. We are not responsible for information processed by the websites we create or templates used.

Colors

Color14.com LLC is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by your customers. Screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show color change from RGB to CMYK, therefore they cannot be used as color proofs. Any files submitted in RGB automatically will have a color issue with the final product, therefore do not qualify for a claim. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors. We do not guarantee color match on any job. For printing products using PMS inks, we use industry standard color charts. Colors will vary for a lot of reasons. Colors could change because of the way it was designed, printing method, paper selected or finishing (UV coating), etc. We do offer high definition color proofs on most products at a fee.

Product Sizes

All products sold by Color14.com LLC are cut 1/8″ smaller then size specified excluding business cards. All other products will have a 1/16″ tolerance from size. Color14.com LLC reserves the right cut products smaller in order to make product fold or look proper. If you DO NOT want Color14.com LLC to alter your files in any way please specify that at time of order. 

Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Color14.com LLC harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site Problems with orders. Please inspect all orders on arrival. If there is a problem with your order you have 48 hours to file a customer service ticket to get your orders reprinted. There are no refunds due to all orders being custom made. We will reprint your order if we determine the error to be ours. Color14.com LLC CAN AND WILL ASK THE CUSTOMER TO SHIP BACK THE PRODUCT AT THEIR EXPENSE TO DETERMINE IF THE PRODUCT FALLS UNDER WARRANTY. If the product does not qualify for warranty it is the customers responsibility to pay all shipping expenses to and from. Reprint orders will be processed in the same time frame as the original order. Shipping will NOT be expedited. Customer will be responsible for any upgraded shipping methods requested. 

Miscellaneous

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent Color14.com LLC products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Color14.com LLC’s products and services available in the United States. This Site is controlled and operated by Color14.com LLC from its offices in Cape Coral, Florida. 

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Lee. Termination This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Color14.com LLC. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Color14.com LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Color14.com LLC’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Color14.com LLC, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. Taxes 

Color14.com LLC.COM shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. 

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Color14.com LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Color14.com LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Color14.com LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Color14.com LLC. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. All Printed material is subject to a 10% over under run. These means, any product ordered from our web site or via electronic mail is allowed to be 10% over or under the original quantity. Color14.com LLC is not responsible for any miss-cut or miss-folded orders, which do not follow our templates.Please note all orders may be trimmed up to 1/8″ shorter than size ordered. All products must be picked up on or before the 60th business days After 60 business days we will dispose off all unpicked up materiel. 

Shipping

Color14.com LLC takes all necessary measures to ensure your packages arrive in a sell able manner. If for any reason your package arrives DAMAGED, please contact our office imminently. Color14.com LLC will assist in filling claims with shipper and take nessesary measure to get you your product back in a presentable manner. If the package is damaged in transit, Color14.com LLC will reprint your product and ship it the same method stated in order unless customer pays for the difference in upgraded shipping. Color14.com LLC will not upgrade shipping for damaged boxes unless customer is willing to pay for the differ. Address Changes to your order must be supplied by email. Customer needs to specify the the purpose of the email is to change the address. ALL EMAILS THAT DO NOT STATE ( PLEASE CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS ) will not be processed as a shipping address change. Processing fees of $5 will apply if shipping labels have already been generated for the order. Color14.com LLC cannot and will not be held responsible for shipper errors in transit times. If customers does not select signature conformation in the shipping section, customer takes full responsibility for the package after it leaves Color14.com LLC production facility. 

TURNAROUNDS

RUSH turnaround is only valid for orders that pay for rush fees. Orders placed on Color14.com LLC before 1:00 pm eastern, will be ready the due date of the order before 6:00PM. Any job with a problem will not fall within this turnaround. All orders placed on Color14.com LLC after 1:00pm eastern will be processed the next business day. All die cut jobs take longer than the standard printing turnaround. Turnaround dates mean that the order will be done before the end of the business day. If it is a shipping order we DO NOT guarantee that it will ship on the due date. Our Guarantee is that the product will be completed on the due date. After the order has been shipped we are not responsible for any shipping errors caused by UPS, Fed Ex, Delta or any other carrier used.

Business Hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Mon. – Fri. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may not be canceled or refunded once they have gone into production, plating, screening, digitizing or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing. Color14.com LLC is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to customer mistake. To cancel an order you must first call to see if it is possible then follow up with a email. Failing to follow up with an email or just email and not calling before will not ensure cancellation of an order. Orders that require a refund at subject to a $5.00 Administrative fee and a 15% restocking fee. If materials have to be shipped back to the supplier, customer is responsible for shipping.
